Job Description

We seek agents dedicated to helping families and individuals find the best health insurance coverage for their specific needs. We are a dynamic sales and marketing company founded by salespeople for salespeople. We help clients with unique solutions to one of the country’s most critical problems. Our total support system creates a fast and simple way to enjoy a purposeful career with huge income potential.

  • Carriers: Ability to contract with over 150 different carriers for Health (Private, Marketplace ACA & Medicare) & Life (Term Life, Whole Life, Universal + IUL’s & Annuities).  We will show you the best ones to start with, and you can add carriers as needed.
  • Commissions: Competitive compensation that consists of weekly advance commissions and renewal commissions for long term income. Agents will also have the opportunity to earn weekly bonuses. Additional incentives include travel and national contests with opportunities to win cash, weekend trips and more.
  • Leads: We offer free daily leads and help you learn how to develop your own leads!
  • Available Positions: We are seeking candidates for fully remote, full-time opportunities. You have the power to create your own schedule!

Requirements

  • A valid and active Health and Life Insurance License. We will show you how to get licensed if you still need a license.
  • Your own phone, laptop and internet access.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • English Language Speaking (Required), Bilingual is a plus!

  • Will I be required to recruit? No!  We want you to focus on YOUR sales and YOUR clients so you can build a book of business. If you want to build a team, then we can help WHEN you are ready. If building or managing a team is not something you want, that is completely fine. 
  • Will I have access to leads? Yes, you will have free daily leads to contact. 
  • Will I be a W-2 employee? This is an independent contractor role where you can run your own business while receiving support.

Position Information

  • Compensation: $30,000 – $255,000 per year
  • Supplemental Pay: Commission and Bonus Opportunities.
