Job Duties
- Answer office phone
- Call potential client referrals
- Return messages and get clients/prospects on Shane’s calendar
- Create and maintain client files in our CRM
- Respond to e-mails in the assistant inbox
- Greet guests coming to San Antonio office
- Assist with client follow-up
- Maintain client data files
- Write thank you notes
- Additional duties as assigned by Agency Owners
Skills Required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Ability to put people at ease and handle tense customer situations
- Must show competence in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Skills Preferred
- Bi-lingual
- Health/Life Insurance license
Position Information
- Job Type: Part-Time – 8-10 hours per week, plus willingness to work up to 20 hours during open enrollment – Additional hours may be available if assistant helps to increase revenue through additional sales.
- Compensation: $16 -20/hr commensurate with experience and/or licensure. Bonus potential. Some sales if you are health and life insurance licensed.
- Supplemental Pay: Commission and Bonus Opportunities.
- Work Location: In-Office.
- Flexible Schedule: Hours will be spread over a minimum of 2 days per week.
